Raw means unwashed. The denim arrives deep indigo, crisp and a little stiff, with the starch still in it. It hasn't been softened or faded in a factory, so nothing about it has been decided yet.
Selvedge is the finished edge you see when you cuff them: a clean line with a red thread, the mark of a narrow loom. Ours is from Cone Mills, 13.5oz, the weight that works all year.
Every crease, every fade lands where your body puts it: the knees, the pocket where your phone goes, the fold behind the knee. Over time, no two pairs look alike.

Size up. We use true measurements, not vanity sizing. Most customers order two waist sizes larger than their usual. Check the fit guide, or email us your usual size and we'll tell you what to order.
They come long. 34-inch inseam up to a 33 waist, 36 above that, unhemmed. Cuff them, or have them chain-stitched by Denim Therapy at up to 34% off.
