How It Works

1. Create an account on denimtherapy.com.
2. Fill out the form. Add specific alteration requests in the comment box.
3. After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order # and the address to ship your jeans.

   You MUST include your Denim Therapy order number in the shipping address. Please format as shown below:

   First Name: Denim Therapy

   Last Name: Denim Therapy order number

   Address Field 1: 150 W 36th St. Fl 3

   Address Field 2: Your full name

   New York, NY 10018-6919
4. Denim Therapy will email you an invoice for approval and request payment within two business days of denim receipt. Enter one discount code in the promo code box on the invoice:

   • GUSTINHEM — chainstitched hem
   • GUSTINHEMBAR — chainstitched hem + red bar tacks
5. You’ll receive your altered denim about 2–3 weeks after the estimate is paid.

   In NY or NJ? You can also use this offer in-store. Stop by the NYC or Red Bank, NJ location and mention the code.

Once altered, garments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
