It starts with a beastly, 18 ounce weight. This is serious denim - starchy, dense, burly. You will have to work to break this one in, but it'll mold to your body perfectly. Next comes the masterful use of dye, both in the warp and weft. The warp gets an incredibly dark, inky indigo finish. The weft gets an ultra-rare gold-tinged brown dye unlike any other style we've run. What makes these two colors much more special is the use of slubby yarns. This irregularity serves to create separation in the top surface of the fabric, allowing the unique brown-weft to be seen.
