Difficult to weave and hard to sew into a finished garment, styles like this don't come easy. We think the end result is worth it. Imagine a great plaid - the classic grid pattern bringing together a variety of contrasting colors. Now imagine you chop that fabric up into squares and painstakingly reconstruct it. You now have our Patchwork Shirts. The look is totally unique. Organic, hand-made, a bit wild as the reconstituted pattern is no longer seamless or quite lined up. You feel the texture and get great depth where the pieces are joined. Each shirt is unique. This version is heavily brushed and flowingly soft. 

This shirt is sewn up in our Rugged style. It's designed to be the perfect style for our heavier, more rustic fabrics we run. It's a bit more casual, without being over the top. This style is set off by three key design cues: a perfectly sized collar without buttons, two clean button closures, and rounded chest pockets. These three elements lend the style a more casual look while their clean implementation keeps the shirt versatile. A simpler back yoke replaces the box pleat and locker loop of our Classic style—intricate stitching tacks down the collar stand. The Rugged style inherits the same core fit block from the updated Classic style. We knew it was right the moment we sewed up some flannels and heavy jacquards in this style.
