#17 Cone Indigo Chambray Chino Shorts

When we ran this chambray in shirt form we knew it do more. Our chino shorts are the perfect companion. It starts with the classic color on white chambray composition. In this case the warp is a beautiful, slightly antique blue. The white weft provides the contrasting element we love in chambrays and helps brighten up the overall base shade. It's a solid 6.5 ounces giving it real heft, while a tight weave helps balance the rugged roots. Overall, we love how this fabric offers vintage workwear look that's tempered by our refined chino short style.

We spent a lot of time perfecting construction details and updated our fit. They are still nicely tailored, but a bit more relaxed. An inseam at 7.5” provides a middle ground on length. Construction is done the right way throughout: full two piece waistband, two welt back pockets (one with a flap closure to keep things secure), taped seams, YKK zip fly, double hook closure and our custom Corozo button.
