#567 Vintage Army Selvedge

To us, the gorgeous color on this selvedge is clearly the star, but you need a great foundation to showcase the color and you get that too. Intensely slubby warp yarns bring out a noticeable vertical grain. It's not overbearing, just a tight, organic texture that lets you know this is no ordinary raw denim. The 12.5 ounce weight and starched finished to create a sturdy but wearable sweet spot. All this is just a great setup for the color. It is one of those earthy tones that can change in the light you're in. The dominant aspect is a rich, vintage army. Hints of brown creep in to give it an oxidized tinge. We've run nothing like this before. The color is richer and darker in person. The final detail to cap off great color and texture is a big, gold selvedge ID. Don't miss this one.
